Each cabana can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests and is just steps away from the inviting pool, giving you the freedom to take a refreshing dip anytime you please.

Are you Pet Friendly?

Yes, we allow pets at Adriano Villas & Resort, but let’s keep it comfortable for all guests!

🐶 One (1) fully vaccinated pet per accommodation.

🐾 Must be on a diaper, leash, and/or caged at all times.

🚫 Pets are not allowed in the pool, beds, or couch/sofa.

⚠ Failure to comply will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Is this beachfront accommodation?

Adriano Villas & Resort isn’t directly on the beach, but don’t worry—you’re just a short 1–2-minute walk away! We have a clear and private pathway leading straight to the shore for easy access.

Do you accept excess headcount per accommodation

Yes, we accept excess headcount per accommodation but with limitations and extra charges

Be honest in your headcount! We strictly enforce the total number of guests based on your reservation.

✔ Villa: Accommodates 20–25 guests comfortably. Extra guests beyond 25 persons will be charged ₱ 1,500 per head. However, overcrowding is not allowed. A maximum of 5 children (3 years old and below) are free per villa.

 

✔ Cabana: Accommodates up to 4 guests. Only 1 child (3 years old and below)  is free.

 

✔ Cabin: Accommodates up to 6 guests. A maximum of 2 children (3 years old and below) are free per cabin.

 

✔ Wristbands will be issued upon check-in to confirm the registered headcount. Guests must always wear them during their stay.

 

🔹 For any headcount adjustments, please coordinate with us in advance.

RESORT POLICIES & GUIDELINES

 

Welcome to Adriano Villas! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, please review our policies.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

          •         Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards

          •         Check-out: 12:00 NN

          •         Early check-in: Available from 6:00 AM–12:00 NN, subject to availability (50% of the rate).

          •         Late check-out: ₱2,000 per exceeding hour.

 

Wristband/Tag Policy

          •         All guests must proceed to the reception area for headcount and wristband/tag distribution upon arrival.

          •         Wristbands/tags must be worn throughout the stay for identification.

          •         Tampering with or losing the wristband/tag will result in a ₱500 replacement fee.

          •         Our wristbands/tags are waterproof and have a security lock—please do not remove or damage them.

 

Payments & Security Deposit

          •         Full payment and a ₱5,000 and/or refundable security deposit (cash) are required at check-in.

          •         The security deposit will be refunded at check-out after a 20–30 minute accommodation inspection.

          •         Reservation fees are non-refundable.

 

Child Policy

          •         Children below 3 years old stay for free.

          •         Regular rates apply to children 4 years old and above.

          •         Children under 10 years old must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.

 

Guest Limits & Additional Charges

          •         Villas: Each villa accommodates 20 – 25 guests

          •         Cabanas: Each Cabana accommodates 2 - 4 guests.

•         Cabin: The Cabin accommodates 4 - 6 guests.

          •         Visiting guests: ₱500 per person, must leave by 10 PM. Staying beyond 10 PM will be charged ₱1,000 per person or require booking a room.

 

Resort Facilities & Quiet Hours

          •         Common areas close at 10 PM. Guests must return to their accommodations.

          •         Beach swimming is allowed until 6 PM (per municipal ordinance).

          •         Common pool hours: 6 AM–10 PM.

          •         No smoking, eating, drinking, running, jumping, diving, or rough play in the pool area (₱3,000 penalty after a warning).

          •         Videoke is allowed until 10 PM.

          •         Portable speakers/loudspeakers are not allowed in common areas.

 

Cooking & Dining

          •         Cooking is allowed in designated areas.

          •         Guests may use our cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for free (available upon request at the reception).

          •         Cooking inside private rooms is strictly prohibited (₱2,000 cleaning fee applies).

 

Smoking Policy

          •         Smoking inside villas, cabanas and cabin is strictly prohibited (₱5,000 cleaning fee applies).

          •         A designated smoking area is available.

 

Pet Policy

          •         One (1) fully vaccinated pet per accommodation is allowed. Pets must always be on a leash, in a diaper, or caged.

          •         Pets are not allowed in the pool area, beds, or sofas (₱2,000 cleaning fee for non-compliance).

          •         Extra pets will be charged ₱1,000 each.

 

Damages & Lost Items

          •         Lost, stained, or damaged items (rooms, linens, appliances, cookware, etc.) will be charged 150% of the replacement cost.

          •         Lost/damaged keys: ₱1,000 per key.

 

Furniture & Towels Policy

          •         Indoor furniture and bath towels must not be used outside.

          •         Bath towels provided by Adriano Villas & Resort cannot be used as beach towels.

 

Backdrop & Decorations Policy

          •         Attaching backdrops or decorations to walls, ceilings, or furniture is not allowed.

          •         Guests must not use adhesives, nails, tacks, or tapes on any surfaces.

          •         A backdrop stand is available upon request. Please ask our staff for assistance.

          •         Confetti, party poppers, and glitter are prohibited, especially in the pool area and villas.

          •         Candle decorations are not allowed inside rooms or near flammable materials.         

          •         Damages caused by decorations will be charged 200% of the repair cost.

 

Security & Restrictions

          •         Firearms and explosives are prohibited.

•         Unauthorized appliance/s such as Rice Cooker, Electric Kettles, Induction Cookers, Coffee Makers, Air Fryer, Electric Grill, Electric Fan, Portable Air – Conditioner, Large Speakers/ Sound System, and the like (₱500 fee per appliance)

          •         Undeclared extra guests exceeding maximum capacity may be denied entry or incur extra charges.

          •         Resort gates close at 10 PM and reopen at 5 AM.

What about Guest Responsibilities & Liability?

          •         Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Adriano Villas & Resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.

          •         Guests violating resort policies may face fines, denied entry, or legal action.

🚫 No-Show Policy
